Maybe it's just the chair with straw seat, or the vivid orange-brown tone, but this painting brings Van Gogh to mind, though technically it is far from being the most "Van Goghish" work of Yves Calméjane.
Yves Calméjane likes to prepare his painting material himself, hence the orange tint of the back of the canvas (rabbit skin glue).

Yves Calméjane
Born in 1956 near Paris, Yves Calméjane is a French artist. Calméjane studied fine arts in Nantes and Paris. He then followed tracks of his favorite painters to settle in Provence and finally joined Auvergne in 2013. Calméjane is mostly influenced by Auguste Chabaud and Jean Arène.
